HP OfficeJet 6950 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Very often my 6950 goes into error code 0xb8519sa6. To solve this i have to turn the printer off and on again.

I had contact with the service guys and they told me it was the printerhead??

On behalf of these quys i did a factory reset, that solved the problem for a while. A got a new wifi modem and that looked better. After a week of two the problem was back.

The biggest nightmare happend a week later, the printer refused to print. That is unexeptable when you use HP cartridges and you pay your bill. The connection between de cloud and my printer was lost, and i couldn't get an new e-mail adres and confirmation code to connect. I had to go back to factory default again to get an e-mail address to register my printer, after that it worked again.

In that period that there was no connection between the printer and the HP cloud there was no error, after the reconnection they where back again.

I guess that there is something wrong with the web-service instead of the printerhead.

Dear HP please solve this problem and let me print again without headaches.

@rjmkuipers, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to use the printer due to this 0x error.

Did you perform a semi-full reset on the printer? This is the last step that can help in resolving this issue.

For now, on the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, swipe left to select Setup

Touch Tools, touch  Restore Factory Defaults and then follow the onscreen instructions.

If the printer is stuck on the error, check for any jams inside the printer, refer to - Paper Jam Error

Make sure the print carriage is moving freely - Carriage jam or E3 error

If the error persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.

Dear Kumar0307,

If you read my post all the way you'll see that I can use my printer at the moment.

After a factory reset.

But I'm still pissed off that, due to an HP problem, and using original HP cartridges and paying my bill in time I couldn't print. I run my own business and couldn't print bill's for my clients. It's a shame.

And the suggestion to make a case, is out of place because I had already made a case (mentioned in my post) where I was told that it was something with the printerhead. And i'm sure it is something with the HP webservice.

If HP doens't come with better solutions or answers I will loose the good faith in HP. I'm at a point of not recommending HP to friends at the moment.
