Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Error code states "printhead appears to be missing, not detected or incorrectly installed."  I was printing with it earlier without a problem.  I removed and reinstalled all 4 cartridges.  Error code didn't go away.  Any insights?
