HP Recommended

I just bought this printer. I had a paper jam and resolved this issue; however, I now have an error code stating that I have a paper jam and there is no paper jam. I have done everything and the code is still there. Any suggestions?

That code is jam in the back door area,  Open the back door and check closely for any paper or flags out of position.
