This error code appears every time after I print. I can clear it by rebooting, but then it comes back. B343EC67.

@louis2021, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand this error appears intermittently after printing. Let us try to reset the printer settings:

 

On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, swipe left to select Setup

Touch Tools, touch  Restore Factory Defaults and then follow the onscreen instructions.

 

Also, check for any jams inside the printer, refer to - Paper Jam Error

Make sure the print carriage is moving freely - Carriage jam or E3 error
