Please try these steps:

Step 1 : Perform Hard Reset. unplug the power cord from the printer. please wait for 10 seconds and plug it back in. The printer will come back on automatically.
Step 2 : Please check if the you are able to move the carriage. If yes, then please remove all the ink cartridges.
Step 3 : Please close the cartridge access door.
Step 4 : Please clean the Electrical contacts on the Ink Cartridge.
Step 5 : Please reinstall the ink cartridges and check if the issue still persists.
Step 6 : If the issue still persists, Please make sure that the printer is disconnected to the wall outlet and connected back.

NOTE: This printer has integrated Print head. So, we will not be able to move or remove the print head to troubleshoot  on this issue. We can check if there is any jammed papers or any obstructions for the carriage movement.
