@tiara03, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
We understand that you are getting error code EBS00P0010 on your HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer. Please follow these steps,

  1. Check the Ink Cartridges: Ensure they are properly installed and seated correctly in their slots. Make sure they are not empty or low on ink.
  2. Reset the Printer: Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about 1-2 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on.
  3. Clean the Ink Cartridges: Remove the ink cartridges and gently wipe the electrical contacts with a lint-free cloth. Also, clean the contacts inside the cartridge slots in the printer.
  4. Replace or Reinstall the Ink Cartridges: If cleaning doesn't work, try reinstalling them. If they are empty or low on ink, consider replacing them with new ones.
  5. Update the Printer Firmware: Visit the HP Support website to check for any available firmware updates for your printer model.

Regarding the blinking information light, this usually indicates that the printer needs attention. Here are some steps to troubleshoot this issue:

  1. Print an Information Page: Press and hold the information button to print a status page. This can provide more details about the error.
  2. Check for Error Messages: Look for any specific error messages on the printer's display or the printed information page.
  3. Restart the Printer: Similar to the steps above, turn off the printer, unplug it, wait for a minute, and then plug it back in and turn it on.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
