Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's try and reset the Printer:
To restore the printer to the original factory defaults 1. From the printer control panel, from the Home screen, select Setup , and then press OK . 2. Select Tools, and then press OK . 3. Select Restore, and then press OK . 4. A warning message appears which indicates all configured settings will be deleted and the original factory settings will be restored. Press the OK button to continue.
Let me know if this helps.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks your support. I in fact did the reset on my own and it got the printer back on line. After that the pinter was all messed up and I had to clean the head thru level 2 and do an align meant. Now all works well.
