Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

I have received this error code OXB9808BFC on my HP OfficeJet 3830. THe buttons on the printer flash with the error code lit up. My warranty has expired and not able to talk with tech support. Can anyone help?

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are getting an OXB9808BFC error, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
