Printer is wireless connected. Sent email link to print return label. HP4630 E just quit displaying error code: REFLASH, 12345.
I've power cycled the modem and the printer, but to no avail. It does not power on.

Hi
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're experiencing a frustrating issue with your HP Officejet 4632 e-All-in-One Printer. The "REFLASH, 12345" error code typically indicates a firmware issue. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this:
1. Power Reset the Printer:
*Unplug the printer from the power outlet and disconnect any cables.
*Wait for at least 2-3 minutes.
*Plug the printer back into a direct wall outlet (avoid power strips or surge protectors).
*Try to power it on.
2. Check for Firmware Recovery Mode:
*Disconnect the printer from any networks (Wi-Fi or Ethernet).
*Press and hold the Power button while plugging the power cord back into the printer.
*If the printer displays a recovery menu or status light changes, it may indicate readiness for a firmware update.
3. Attempt a Firmware Update:
*Download the latest firmware for the HP Officejet 4632 from the HP Software and Driver Downloads page - https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/hp-officejet-4630-e-all-in-one-printer-series/model/5395749?sku...
*Use a USB cable to connect the printer directly to your computer.
*Run the firmware update utility from your PC, following the on-screen instructions.
4. Reset the Printer:
If the printer is still not responding, try a partial reset (if possible):
>Unplug the printer, press and hold the # and 6 keys on the control panel.
>While holding the keys, reconnect the power cord and release the buttons once the printer powers on.
If the issue persists then it might be a hardware issue and may need assistance.
