My Officejet Pro 9010 is stuck on a blue screen showing error message 01B3B8E6 - have removed power cord but making no difference. Any suggestions welcome.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help! I understand you are receiving a "01B3BB8E6 " error.
Try the below suggestions -
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
If the issue persists, I'd suggest you https://www.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html in your region regarding the service options for your printer
