HP ENVY 4513 All-in-One Printer

Hello, I have two HP Envy 4513 printers and both of them started show this error code oxoof81d42 trkernel c. I have tried all the solutions shown on here and none of them worked. I find it odd that it happened to both printers at the same time. One is enrolled in the free instant ink plan. I hope they don't need to be replaced.

Let's try to reset the Printer here:

 

Reset the product

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

 

Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

I tried everything you suggested already and it did not work. No firmware updates for the printer either. What worked was restarting my internet modem. You might want to add that to your list of possible fixes for this error code, Thank you.
