Product: hp envy 4502
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

hp envy 4502 all in  one printer showing error code OXC4EB827FHW_MICCI2 C  I have unplugged it and left it overnight and plugged it back up and the same thing

I have used the HP troubleshooting and nothing is working
