Let's disable web services and re-enable it

--->Touch on the wifi icon ((i)) on the printer, and take down the IP address

--->Open a web browser (ex Chrome or Mozilla) and type in the printer's IP

---> click on web services and remove web services and re-enable it

Let me know if this helps!

Hi @northcali3,

I'd like to help!

I understand you are receiving a 0XB error.

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

To restore the printer to the original factory defaults

1. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, swipe left to see ( Setup ) and touch ( Setup ).

2. Touch Tools, touch Restore Factory Defaults, and then follow the onscreen instructions.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

It did stop that error message but now it says web services needs to be set up but I already tried to set up web services and the front set up panel says it is set up. What now?

Where are you receiving this error on the instant ink page or on the printer assistant screen?
