Thanks for providing the details. The error code EBS00P0013 on an HP Tango printer usually indicates a network setup or connectivity failure, typically occurring during or just after trying to connect the printer via the HP Smart app on iOS.
1. Restart Everything
- Power off the printer completely
- Restart your iPhone or iPad
- Unplug your router for 30 seconds and plug it back in
2. Reset Network Settings on the Printer
This puts the printer back in Wi-Fi setup mode:
- Turn on the printer.
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button and the Power button together until the edge lighting flashes blue (usually about 5 seconds).
- Release both buttons. The printer is now in Wi-Fi setup mode.
3. Use HP Smart to Reconnect
- Open the HP Smart app on your iOS device.
- Tap “+” (Add Printer).
- Choose your HP Tango from the list.
- Follow the prompts to connect to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (Tango does not support 5 GHz networks).
