Error code EBS00P0013

Thanks for providing the details. The error code EBS00P0013 on an HP Tango printer usually indicates a network setup or connectivity failure, typically occurring during or just after trying to connect the printer via the HP Smart app on iOS.

1. Restart Everything

  • Power off the printer completely
  • Restart your iPhone or iPad
  • Unplug your router for 30 seconds and plug it back in


2. Reset Network Settings on the Printer

This puts the printer back in Wi-Fi setup mode:

  1. Turn on the printer.
  2. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button and the Power button together until the edge lighting flashes blue (usually about 5 seconds).
  3. Release both buttons. The printer is now in Wi-Fi setup mode.


3. Use HP Smart to Reconnect

  1. Open the HP Smart app on your iOS device.
  2. Tap “+” (Add Printer).
  3. Choose your HP Tango from the list.
  4. Follow the prompts to connect to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (Tango does not support 5 GHz networks).
