Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP Office Jet 9010 All in One printer.  I don't use the instant ink service. I continue to get the non instant ink cartridge message:  "The cartridges you inserted are not monitored by your HP instant ink service.  If monthly billing has begun for your instant ink service, it will continue."  The only option is to press OK.

I've done that multiple times, but the message won't clear and it is stopping print jobs.  I've turned the printer off and on multiple times but that doesn't clear it either.

I've tried taking the ink cartridges out and putting them back in, but that didn't help either.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you are getting cartridge error, I am glad to assist you.

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

And if the issue still persists, you might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

I hope this helps resolve this issue completely.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
