I keep getting a error message shortly after I turn the printer on it gives me about five minutes then it has blinking lights and says error B805C008. During this time I can not print scan copy or anything until I press and hold the power button down and it restarts then does the same thing all over again.

Let's try to reset the Printer here:

 

  1. Reset the product
    1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
    2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
    3. Wait at least 60 seconds.
    4. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
    5. Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
    6. Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
  2. Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

 

 

Also, please update the firmware: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

info light wont go off have tried all your solution nothing works this is my 3rd HP Printer in 2 years and sadly the LAST!!!
