Hi @printerNol,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

The error code "0x61011bed" on your HP OfficeJet 7510 often indicates a problem with the printhead or the ink cartridges. Here are several steps you can take to resolve this issue:

1. Restart the Printer

  • Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord and turn the printer back on.

2. Check the Cartridges

  • Open the cartridge access door.
  • Ensure the new cartridges are correctly installed.
  • Remove and reinsert each cartridge to ensure they are seated properly.
  • Make sure there are no protective tapes or covers on the contacts of the cartridges.

3. Clean the Cartridge Contacts

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it.
  • Remove the cartridges.
  • Use a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with distilled water to clean the copper-colored contacts on the cartridges and the corresponding contacts inside the printer.
  • Allow the contacts to dry completely.
  • Reinstall the cartridges and plug in the printer.

4. Check for Paper Jams

  • Ensure there are no paper jams or obstructions in the printer.
  • Open all accessible doors and remove any paper or debris.

Update the Printer Firmware

  • Check the HP support website for any firmware updates for your printer model.
  • Download and install the latest firmware.

Reset the Printer

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the wall outlet and the printer.
  • Turn the printer back on.

7. Run the Printer Diagnostics

  • Use the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool, available on the HP support website, to diagnose and fix common printer issues.

8. Replace the Printhead

  • If the above steps do not resolve the issue, the printhead may be faulty.
  • Contact HP Support for assistance on how to replace the printhead.

If none of the above steps work, contact HP Customer phone Support for further assistance. There might be an underlying hardware issue that requires service.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
