Product: envy 7855
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Without warning my printer had errors for printing.  I applied the fix for the update of Windows 10 without success. I have deleted and reinstalled without success.  I give up.  Please help

Sorry it is a 32 not 64
