good morning, following a firmware update, my officejet pro 9022e printer crashed and displays the blue screen with error code 83C0000B. I have already opened a case [Personal Information Removed] but I still haven't had an answer

Hi @xesse 

 

I would suggest you please try these steps

 

We have to perform an Reset to unlock the features of the printer/Reset the password.

 

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile.

Je rencontre le même problème  : erreur d'affichage 83C0000B  hp officejet pro 9022e, j' ai acheté cette imprimante en octobre 2022, donc elle est sous garantie. 

Merci de me dire comment je dois resoudre rapidement car j'en ai besoin professionnelement. 

Impossible de joindre le service client. Avez-vous un numro de tel ??
