HP Recommended

Hello all, I just set up a new HP Envy 5660 and both the alignment failed numerous times and Printer diagnostics are horrible. I think I tried all the options at all 3 levels and nothing has worked. Any help would be appreciated. The black ink looks like a light grey and the the only color visible is yellow. I made sure to follow to correct installation of the cartridges and even cleaned them several times.
