Restart the Printer:

  • Wait for about 30 seconds.
  • Turn the printer back on.

Update the Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • Visit the HP Support website.
  • Download the latest firmware for your HP LaserJet MFP M234dw.
  • Follow the instructions to update the firmware.

Check Print Jobs:

  • Clear the print queue on your computer.
  • Make sure no corrupted or large print jobs are stuck in the queue.
