my hp 6475 printer has started printing gobbledygook when I try to print. It scans perfectly. HP Service centre it printed perfectly on their windows machines but it seems not to like my MacBook Air any longer (light flashes purple than orange all the time). What do I do. Ive spoken to the call centre and taken it to the service centre in Cape Town who told me they couldn't do anything because I had a Mac. help

Welcome to the HP support community.

Are you getting any error messages?

Could you elaborate on the issue for better understanding?

my question to this community explained my problem. I’ve uninstalled everything HP on my laptop and reloaded and after four hours of doing this a few times I’ve got the printer printing again.
