Hi;
I read all the answers in filter failed topic and did evrything said in there but the problem still remains.
When I try to print a page, I get this message ; stopped, filter failed.
when I go to hp utility and print test page, it prints but I cant print anything else.
I reset the printing system, I deleted en readd my printer, I restrated my computer, I checked the location name in sharing folder to make it same names, unplugged and plugged cables, deleted hp software and reinstalled it. I did every solution, I could find but nothing works!
Please Help.
My Comupter:
2.4 Ghz Intel Core i5
Software : High Sierra
Printer : Hp ink tank 115

Which application are you trying to print from?
Ensure that the printer is up to date with its firmware and Mac is up to date with its software. If you are unsure you may use the links below to update the printer firmware and Mac software:

Hi again.
Thank you for your answer.
My Hp software is ¨Hp Utility Version 5.48.0 (2065)¨
I checked the firmware from hp web site, it's Updated.
When I try to delete and add printer from settings, I can not find ¨air print ¨ in ¨Use section¨
Problem still remains.
