I have a acer chromebook 14, and I am trying to find out how do I access or find the page where I can see my past printing jobs or  pending print jobs that may be stuck.

It got me to the correct place I needed to be. From there I was able to find past print jobs, but only if I uploaded it from the cloud print page. Otherwise there is no record if I print straight from the page. Thanks for the info.

I am afraid there is no option to check the print logs.

To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your Chromebook.
  2. Open Chrome.
  3. Go to the Google Cloud Print list of printers.
  4. Delete any duplicate printers from the list.
  5. Delete your printer from the list.
  6. Set up your printer with Google Cloud Print again.
  7. On the Chromebook, click the clock in the bottom right corner, and then click the settings icon .

  8. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Advanced.

  9. Scroll to the Printing section, click Printers, and then click Add Printer.

  10. Click your printer name, and then click Add.

Try to print.
