I have a acer chromebook 14, and I am trying to find out how do I access or find the page where I can see my past printing jobs or pending print jobs that may be stuck.

It got me to the correct place I needed to be. From there I was able to find past print jobs, but only if I uploaded it from the cloud print page. Otherwise there is no record if I print straight from the page. Thanks for the info.

I am afraid there is no option to check the print logs.
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your Chromebook.
- Open Chrome.
- Go to the Google Cloud Print list of printers.
- Delete any duplicate printers from the list.
- Delete your printer from the list.
- Set up your printer with Google Cloud Print again.
-
On the Chromebook, click the clock in the bottom right corner, and then click the settings icon
.
-
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Advanced.
-
Scroll to the Printing section, click Printers, and then click Add Printer.
-
Click your printer name, and then click Add.
Try to print.
Keep me posted, how it goes!
