Hi@amanda140,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Printer gets error code.

To resolve the issue, reset the printer, and then turn off IPv6 through the Setup menu on the control panel.

Step 1: Reset the printer

To temporarily clear the error, reset the printer.

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the power source.

Wait 60 seconds.

Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Step 2: Turn off IPv6

Use the control panel to turn off the IPv6 setting.

From the home screen on the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.

Touch Network Setup, and then touch Advanced Settings.

Turn off IPv6, and then touch Yes to confirm.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
