HP Recommended

2015 HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-all in one printer. Error message "Missing or Failed Printhead" have followed all suggestions from HP online support. Has worked w/Windows 10.

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Make sure you have tried the steps from this document. 

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
