Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Couldn't get me new printer to work. Contacted HP and talked to someone at Global Printer Support. Does this sound right?

To assist you better, I'd like to know the following:

  • What is the issue with the printer?
  • How is the printer connected to the MAC?
