I am not sure why, but the printer has been printing these thin horizontal lines every time I print. The settings are best quality. I have tried several basic troubleshooting task such as cleaning the printer heads are running a Print Quality Diagnostics test and everything seemed fine?

In some cases, media choice can be an issue, also selecting the highest print quality can help in cases like this. Also make sure that you have the paper type set properly both on the printer and when you create the print job. You can try a printhead alignment as well, but my experience would suggest that one of the other issues I raised is where your problem is.
