Hello,

 

on the first printed page, there is  always this horizontal yellow stripe on the top of the paper, exactly like seen in the attached photo. It only occurs on the first paper of a color print job, also if one job contains several papers to be printed - it's only the first one that drives me nuts.

 

The Samsung CLX-3185FW is connected via LAN to a Windows 10 64-bit PC. I tried connecting via USB, un- and reinstalling the Samsung Universal Print Driver 3, the same with the older driver Samsung_CLX-3180_Series_SPD_V3.11.34.00.18. It's always the same, nothing changed.

 

I couldn't find anything by searching - is there anybody out there who could help? I really would appreciate.
