Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

How do I manually clean the printheads on my HP Officejet 7310 All-in-One printer.  It's been a while since i printed anything. I have run the cleaning modes, alignment mode, multiple times, replace the cartridges, run all the cleaning modes again.  Only getting partial tranparaancy of some ink lay down of blue and green dots.  No black or anything legible.
