Hi @Laney44,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To adjust the darkness of print on the HP Deskjet 3760, you can typically adjust the print settings within the software you are using to print. Here's how you can do it.
- Open the Printing Preferences: When you're about to print a document, click on "Print" from the application you're using (e.g., Microsoft Word, Adobe Reader, etc.). Then, in the print dialog box, look for an option like "Preferences" or "Properties" and click on it. This will open up the printing preferences/settings window.
- Adjust Print Quality or Color Settings: Within the printing preferences/settings window, there should be options related to print quality, color, or advanced settings. Look for options like "Quality" or "Color" and see if there's a setting related to darkness or brightness.
- Select Desired Darkness Level: Once you've found the relevant settings, you can usually adjust a slider or choose from preset options to control the darkness of the print. Experiment with different settings until you find the one that suits your preference.
- Preview and Print: Some printing software may offer a preview of how your document will look with the selected settings. Make sure to review this preview before printing to ensure that the darkness level is as desired. Once you're satisfied, proceed with printing your document.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
