I ordered my boss this printer, but it came without the setup cartridges, and he is getting the error message: on the display screen: “Use SETUP cartridges that came with your printer.” Can you please help me on how to bypass this message and let him use normal 910 ink cartridges? Thank you!

Hi @CSIEnterprises,
We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
