Can someone please tell me how to do a cold reset or NVRAM reset on my HP laserjet pro  MFOP M127 fw printer? It says it is connected to wifi but computer tells me it is not and will not print anything not even test pages.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues printing and want to know how to reset the printer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

So I did all that and the printer just will not initialize. The bar with the light for the scanner doesn't move to the other end of the scanner either I just noticed it when cleaning off the glass.

It looks like a hardware issue, I recommend you contact support and check the available service options for your printer.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
