my printer was not in use for more then 3 months due to lock down. after starting printer when  i din't quality print I cleaned the head of my HP 310 all in one ink tank printer. after that printer functioned normal . but after normal printout continuous red light started blinking and printer is not printing . Secondly when tried to refill the printer with left over ink cartridge it is also not refilling. Kindly help me out to resolve the issue
