The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve your Deskjet 3520 not properly printing black or color. Do all the steps in order. Does the test page printed in Step 6 print properly? If that page prints properly but print from your computers does not work then running the diagnostics at http://www.hp.com/go/tools may help resolve the issue. Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor.
