Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hp 3775 is not printing word files. I tried everything but with  no results. any solution? Thatis nonsens to have printer without basic functionality.

I understand you are not able to print Microsoft Word files and I'll be glad to help you out. However, for an accurate solution, I would need more details:

Are you able to copy documents?

Which version of Microsoft Word is installed on your computer?

Any error when you try to print?

Windows 10 1803 OS build 17134.407

MS Office 2013

Problem solved. When logged as administrator u r not able to print ms office files.

Solutions:

1. Check " run as administrator" in word, excel  exe etc file

or

2. Create a new account
