Hello, the last 2 times I have printed, my printer will flash error code  0xb832cfd8. It will go away when I reboot the printer. Checked all drivers and such, and all is up to date. Any thoughts on how to fix or clear this?

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are receiving a "0xb832cfd8" error on the printer screen.

 

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

 

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Hi

I have the same problem with HP ENVY 4520.

I can't send any PM messages but I did reset printer to defaults but error came back.

I turn it off/on and it works to scan and print but I would like to know a more permanent solution.
