I have the same issue with my 4632. I have tried the power drain and all other recommendations. I have the power light on but no other responses from the printer no display etc. Please can you advise.

Thanks for your help but I already have a manual and this is not something that helps solve the problem. Any other ideas would be appreciated. Has anyone resolved this particular issue?
