hp officejet 4635 all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just got some some new cartridges from costco and when I try to install them, I get a "The following Ink Cartridge(s) must be replaced: " error. I put the old ones in and no problem.

 

I tried hp virtual chat and I went through the steps to verify I had the most recent firmware and the other documents.

 

Not sure what to do next.  Is anyone else having this problem?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

It's a case of defective new ink cartridges. I recommend you to either exchange these at the store or contact the HP Support Team regarding the replacement.
