Hi @Bashdar,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 477dw printer is showing the error code 0xc6fd0213. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing this and how to clear it.

Power reset the printer

Turn the printer off and unplug the power cord from both the printer and wall outlet.

Wait 60 seconds.

Plug the power cord directly into a wall outlet (not a surge protector or extension cord).

Turn the printer back on and check if the error clears.

Check ink cartridges and printhead

Open the ink access door and remove all ink cartridges.

While the printer is on, unplug the power cord again.

Wait 30 seconds, plug it back in, and power it on without cartridges.

When prompted, reinstall each cartridge one at a time.

This helps the printer reinitialize the printhead system.

Clean the electrical contacts

Gently remove the printhead and wipe the gold contacts with a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water.

Wipe the matching contacts inside the printer as well.

Allow everything to dry fully before reinstalling.

Update printer firmware

Go to https://support.hp.com and enter your printer model OfficeJet Pro 477dw.

Download and install the latest firmware update package.

Firmware fixes often resolve internal system or printhead communication errors.

Reset the printer to factory defaults (if error persists)

From the printer control panel, go to Setup → Printer Maintenance → Restore → Restore Factory Defaults.

Confirm and restart the printer.

Note: This will erase Wi-Fi and saved settings, so reconnect to your network afterward.

I hope this helps.
