Good morning,

 

  I originally got this code a few months back while trying to scan. I did the hard reset as instructed and it seemed to fix the problem. Now The error code is back, and no matter how many times I have hard reset, it pops up as soon as the printer turns on and is "ready." I have tried installing new drivers/software, but because the printer is considered offline with this error, I cannot even do that. Please advise.
