Hello! thanks for the speedy reply and apologies for the delay my end.

I've tried all the cleaning steps countless times.

The alignment is an issue as the print doesn't come out fully. When testing printing, it appears to show the same consistent faults. 17269965-1fe0-446e-bbfa-728d0b925bf4.jfif

So I'd ask again, what was the resolution to that particular issue?
