Printer jammed--- removed paper now printer won't turn back on.  Unplugged & plugged it back-- no other jam seen

As I understand the printer isn't turning on anymore,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 

Have you attempted to connect the printer directly to the wall outlet?

Did you try with an alternate power cord/adapter?

 

While you respond to that, here's what you need to do:

 

The printer does not turn on or respond when you press the Power button. There are no light indications or error messages, and there is no noise or movement from the printer.

Depending on the printer model, the power supply might include a power module inside the printer (internal), a power module that is separate from the printer (external), or a rechargeable battery if you have a mobile printer. For steps to resolve the issue, choose your printer power supply type.

  1. Rear of the printer

  3. Wall outlet
