Product: hp 802 colour refill ink
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

i have purchasrd hp 802 colour  refill ink from amazon online stores but after injecting ink it is not having colour display should i remove the refilled cartridge from printer else what should i do?please help me immediately

Please replace the cartridge with a HP cartridge to see if it resolves your issue.
