The printer will not copy or print. See a flashing green light on top of display. done reset

Were you able to figure out what happened to your HP 8720?  I'm having  a similar problem.  Thx.

I posted separately and will let you know if I hear anything. I've tried quite a few things (and all their diagnostic tools).  Have even tried to call them but can't get through to talk to a person....

Check out my reply to the post I put in.  Not sure why but replacing the ink cartridges seemed to resolve my copy & printing issues.  Worth a try for sure.  Good luck.
