Helllo. I cant write  dokuments on both side of paper now . Automatic.  I could  before today. Now it says (manuell)  and will not take paper from fack 2 when I try that.

My english is not so good , swedish is my language. Hope you understand and can tell what to do. Thanks

I have seen quite a few cases of Windows "forgetting" that the printer has a duplex device installed.

 

On your PC go to >control panel>devices and printers and then right click on the icon for your printer and select printer properties from the drop down menu. Click on the device settings tab and scroll down until you see installable options and make sure it shows that the duplex unit is installed. If not, change to installed.
