Hello,
I can't find a solution to solve this issue of error code C19A0003 "there is a problem with the printhead" which keeps poping in on the printer screen, preventing me from printing, launching a printhead clean, or any other printer operation.
The cartridges are all new and full (all hp ones).
What does this precise error code means ?
Is there any method for manually cleaning the printhead ? Would that solve the issue ?
Thanks to any hp support member for helping me on this issue

Hello
Here is what solved this issue of error code 0xC19A0003:
I let the printer unplugged for a whole week, ink cartridges removed. Maybe some ink, which had fallen on the printhead dried in the meanwhile.
Then, I put back the cartridges and restarted the printer. It performed a full reinitialization process (calibration, etc) and was ready to print again.
All the best to those who can benefit from this solution!
I also discovered the "support menu", which contains some reset functions (useful in case the printer does not reinitialize itself after a week), accessible just by pressing the back function 4 times when the screen shows the three functions "Copy-Fax-Scan"

Welcome to HP Support Forums. A really great platform for posting all your questions and finding solutions.
I have gone through your Post and I would like to help
Unfortunately you will not be able to clean the Printhead manually
You can refer to this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-officejet-7510-wide-format-all-in-one-printer-series/7127198...
I suggest you perform a Printer Reset
(1) Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
(2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
(3) With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
(4) Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
(5) Wait at least 60 seconds.
(6) Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
(7) Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
(8) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed
Then update the Firmware from this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-7510-wide-format-all-in-one-printer-se... if you have a Windows PC
Keep me posted how it goes
Thank you and have a great day 😊

Hello KrazyToad, thank you for wating to help, but I have already gone through the 1-8 steps you mention below, and the error keeps showing up. I have a Linux PC (ubuntu) and the hp software I am using is up to date (HPLIP-3.18.7 version was installed on 09-09-2018)
How can I update the firmware under Linux ?

Unfortunately we do not have the Firmware update for Linux.

Thank you for telling me in the private message to contact hp support team for 20 euros to know if the printer can be repaired or not. I was asking more for a do-it-yourself-fast-and-well solution like the ones shown in youtube where you gently pull off some printhead cables and clean the printhead. I bought this office printer 3 years ago hoping not to have any unfixable issue poping up just after the warranty expiring period...
So let's take the screwdriver 😉

Unfortunately the Printhead is not a customer replaceable part and that is why it is not recommended to remove the printhead
But I understand your concerns since the Printer is Out Of Warranty. Please check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.
Thank you

I have the same problem with my HP 7510 and have got absolutely nowhere with the HP support
The printer is just 2 years old and was working fine until two days ago and now wont do anything
Just comes up "there is a problem with the printhead" if you try and print or copy
Very frustrating especially as it wont even run the auto head clean on the toolbox menu and you cant readily remove the head to clean manually
Sorry I cant help but just to let you know you are not alone..
