I am trying to change the pickup roller in tray 2 and I need to rotate the shaft, there is a menu option to allow you to do this but when I enter the menu "Main Menu 2ndary Service" and I click to the right or left it say menu access is disabled. How can I get past this? My printer does not pickup the second sheet of paper when printing multiple pages. I am replacing the pickup roller and the separation roller.

Any help is appreciated.

Paul

You can try performing a factory reset under the service menu of the printer. If that does not work you will need to perform an NVRAM reset.
