Hp color laserjet enterprise m652  Stuck on initializing.

1 -Power cycled - removed power from back, removed ethernet cable, let sit for 10 seconds, pressed the power button in for 10 seconds the plugged directly into wall

2- Cold reset - held down the X on startup and performed the cold reset under startup options

3 - ran all diagnostics with in the startup Admin area ( Memory / Disk --- )  even unchecked all startup items in hopes to bypass

I have noticed that when starting up nothing moves, no gears or hardware related sounds at all.  I open the side and front doors and no error messages just sits at initializing.  Also noticed the Fuser is not warm to the touch either.. can a faulty fuser cause this type of issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Run a firmware upgrade from the preboot menu. Save the firmware file on a USB stick, insert it in the printer near the front panel, and run the firmware update from USB Thumbdrive in preboot menu.

Did the firmware update on the device, and instantly it set the machine back to defaults, however it threw an error code of 55.0.F0 which looking up was Fuser assembly or faulty fuser.. Replaced fuser and machine came back to life!
