hp color laserjet pro mfp m281fdw printing multiple pages of same document when it should only be one. how do you fix it?

To assist better -

  1. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone? 
  2. How is the printer connected to the device USB or wireless?
  3. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  4. I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
